bought a decent amount of these (6) and i received it in the mail with the expectations of it applying clear as it says, but it was pigmented and red on my lips. I spent nearly $60 and wanted what i paid.. even reading out to them they replied as if it’s suppose to be red and when i replied back they didn’t respond.. so it was bad customer service with ignoring my email and tiktok shop message. i’m so sad this happened because i am a regular, and this has never happened.
